NRL Dome — Store Policies

Effective Date: August 11, 2024

Welcome to NRL Dome.

These Store Policies govern purchases made through NRL Dome in the United States.

Please carefully review your selected product, team/design, dimensions, technical specifications, compatibility requirements, shipping information, and order details before completing your purchase.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all NRL Dome purchases are final sale.

NRL Dome does not provide voluntary refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, customer ordering errors, personal preference, compatibility errors that were disclosed before purchase, or circumstances that change after purchase.

Nothing in these policies is intended to waive or restrict consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

By placing an order with NRL Dome, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted these Store Policies.

1. FINAL SALE POLICY

All NRL Dome purchases are considered FINAL SALE unless expressly stated otherwise.

We do not offer voluntary refunds, returns, or exchanges because:

  • you changed your mind;

  • you no longer want the product;

  • you accidentally placed the order;

  • you selected the wrong team or design;

  • you selected the wrong variation;

  • you ordered the wrong quantity;

  • the product does not suit your personal preference;

  • the product does not suit your room;

  • you expected different projection brightness;

  • your room is brighter than expected;

  • your wall, ceiling, or projection surface is unsuitable;

  • your device is incompatible where compatibility requirements were disclosed;

  • you no longer have space for the product;

  • your circumstances changed;

  • you found a similar product cheaper elsewhere;

  • a promotion started after you purchased;

  • you failed to review the technical specifications;

  • you failed to check dimensions; or

  • you failed to fully review the product listing.

Please carefully review your order before completing payment.

2. LEGALLY REQUIRED REMEDIES

Our final-sale policy does not eliminate rights available under applicable federal, state, or local law.

Where applicable law requires NRL Dome to provide a:

  • refund;

  • repair;

  • replacement;

  • cancellation;

  • replacement component; or

  • other remedy,

we will comply with that requirement.

Where legally permitted, we may request photographs, videos, diagnostic information, documentation, testing, inspection, or other reasonable evidence before determining the appropriate remedy.

3. NO CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

NRL Dome does not operate a voluntary change-of-mind return program.

Changing your mind after purchase does not create a voluntary right to return your product.

This includes situations where you later decide:

  • you prefer another team;

  • you prefer another design;

  • you want another model;

  • you prefer another projector;

  • the product no longer matches your room;

  • you no longer want a projection setup;

  • you are redecorating;

  • you no longer have suitable space; or

  • you simply want your money back.

Please purchase carefully.

4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may enter processing, manufacturing, printing, customization, procurement, or fulfillment shortly after payment.

For this reason, orders generally cannot be canceled once submitted.

If you notice an error, contact NRL Dome immediately.

We may attempt to make a change before processing or production begins, but we cannot guarantee that a modification or cancellation will be possible.

Once manufacturing, customization, procurement, or fulfillment has begun, voluntary cancellation may be refused.

Any cancellation rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.

5. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Certain NRL Dome products may be produced specifically after an order is received.

Products may be:

  • made to order;

  • individually manufactured;

  • custom printed;

  • configured with a selected team design;

  • configured with selected lighting or projection elements;

  • personalized; or

  • otherwise prepared specifically for an individual order.

Once production begins, these products generally cannot be voluntarily canceled, returned, or exchanged.

6. CUSTOMER CUSTOMIZATION

Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details before submitting an order.

NRL Dome is not responsible for customer-submitted errors including:

  • incorrect names;

  • incorrect team selections;

  • spelling mistakes;

  • incorrect wording;

  • incorrect colors;

  • incorrect images;

  • incorrect artwork;

  • incorrect dimensions;

  • incorrect specifications; or

  • other inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

If NRL Dome produces a product materially differently from the customization details accepted by us, please contact us.

7. DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If your NRL Dome product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

For shipping damage, we strongly recommend contacting us within 48 hours of delivery so the issue can be investigated promptly.

Please provide:

  • your full name;

  • order number;

  • photographs of the damaged area;

  • photographs of the complete product;

  • photographs of the shipping carton;

  • photographs of all shipping labels;

  • photographs of internal packaging; and

  • video where useful.

Please retain the product and original packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

The requested 48-hour notification period assists with carrier investigations and does not eliminate any longer rights provided by applicable law.

8. MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

If you believe your product contains a manufacturing defect, contact NRL Dome.

Manufacturing defects generally do not include damage caused by:

  • misuse;

  • accidental damage;

  • customer negligence;

  • improper installation;

  • incorrect mounting;

  • unauthorized modification;

  • electrical modification;

  • incompatible electrical equipment;

  • water or liquid exposure;

  • excessive heat;

  • blocked ventilation;

  • power surges not caused by the product;

  • improper cleaning;

  • improper storage;

  • normal wear and tear; or

  • failure to follow supplied instructions.

Where a legitimate manufacturing defect exists, an appropriate remedy may include:

  • repair;

  • replacement parts;

  • replacement of the affected product;

  • another legally appropriate solution; or

  • a refund where required by applicable law.

9. INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If NRL Dome supplies a product materially different from what you ordered, please contact us.

Please provide:

  • your order number;

  • photographs of the product received;

  • photographs of the packaging; and

  • photographs of the shipping label.

If we confirm that an incorrect product was supplied by NRL Dome, we will provide an appropriate remedy.

This does not apply where a customer accidentally selected the wrong product or variation during checkout.

10. CUSTOMER-CAUSED DAMAGE

Products damaged by the customer are not eligible for a free replacement or voluntary refund.

Examples include damage caused by:

  • dropping the product;

  • impact;

  • water exposure;

  • improper power supply use;

  • blocked ventilation;

  • overheating caused by improper placement;

  • pulling or cutting cables;

  • unauthorized electrical modification;

  • unauthorized disassembly;

  • improper transportation;

  • incorrect mounting;

  • incompatible accessories;

  • excessive force;

  • unauthorized repair attempts; or

  • use contrary to supplied instructions.

Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

11. PRODUCT APPEARANCE

NRL Dome makes reasonable efforts to accurately represent its products.

Actual product appearance may vary slightly because of:

  • computer screens;

  • phone displays;

  • monitor calibration;

  • photography;

  • room lighting;

  • camera settings;

  • manufacturing processes;

  • materials;

  • LED brightness;

  • projection conditions;

  • production batches; and

  • reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

Minor differences that do not materially affect the advertised overall function or appearance are not normally considered defects.

12. DIGITAL MOCKUPS, RENDERS & AI-ASSISTED IMAGERY

NRL Dome product listings may use:

  • professional photography;

  • staged photographs;

  • digitally edited images;

  • computer-generated imagery;

  • 3D renders;

  • AI-assisted imagery;

  • product mockups;

  • demonstration images; or

  • lifestyle images.

These materials are intended to demonstrate the expected appearance, scale, style, or potential use of the product.

Reasonable differences may exist between illustrative imagery and the final physical product.

Customers should rely on written technical specifications when determining exact product capabilities.

13. PROJECTION QUALITY

Projection quality depends on the environment in which the product is used.

Factors that may affect visible image quality include:

  • ambient light;

  • room brightness;

  • projection distance;

  • projection angle;

  • surface color;

  • surface texture;

  • projector placement;

  • focus;

  • content resolution;

  • source-device resolution; and

  • viewing position.

A projector performing within its stated specifications is not defective merely because it appears less bright or vivid in an unsuitable environment.

14. AMBIENT LIGHT

Projection products generally perform best under suitable lighting conditions.

Bright:

  • sunlight;

  • ceiling lights;

  • spotlights;

  • windows;

  • reflective surfaces; or

  • strong ambient lighting

may reduce perceived contrast or brightness.

Customers are responsible for considering their intended room environment before purchasing.

Promotional photography may be captured in lighting conditions designed to demonstrate the product clearly.

15. PROJECTION SURFACE

Projection appearance may vary depending on the surface used.

Surfaces may differ in:

  • color;

  • reflectivity;

  • texture;

  • curvature;

  • smoothness; and

  • material.

Walls, ceilings, projection screens, and dome surfaces may produce different visual results.

NRL Dome does not guarantee identical image appearance across all surfaces.

16. 360-DEGREE / DOME PROJECTION

Where a product is advertised as providing dome, panoramic, wraparound, or 360-degree projection effects, actual coverage depends on:

  • installation;

  • room dimensions;

  • projector position;

  • lens configuration;

  • content format;

  • surface shape;

  • calibration; and

  • viewing position.

Promotional images may demonstrate an ideal installation environment.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, 360-degree terminology describes the intended visual experience and does not guarantee pixel-perfect continuous projection across every possible room or surface.

17. CALIBRATION & SETUP

Certain products may require calibration before optimal use.

This may include adjusting:

  • focus;

  • image position;

  • projection angle;

  • keystone correction;

  • brightness;

  • contrast;

  • image orientation;

  • screen mapping;

  • device settings; or

  • other configuration options.

Initial setup requirements do not automatically indicate a defect.

Customers should follow supplied instructions before reporting a performance issue.

18. IMAGE RESOLUTION

The quality of projected content depends partly on the resolution and quality of the source material.

Low-resolution:

  • videos;

  • images;

  • streams;

  • screen mirroring;

  • compressed files; or

  • internet content

may appear lower quality when enlarged.

NRL Dome is not responsible for poor image quality caused solely by low-quality source material.

19. STREAMING & THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchase of an NRL Dome product does not include subscriptions to:

  • sports streaming services;

  • television providers;

  • live NRL broadcasts;

  • subscription apps;

  • pay-per-view events;

  • premium streaming platforms; or

  • third-party digital content.

Customers are responsible for obtaining any subscriptions, accounts, permissions, or services necessary to access third-party content.

20. CONTENT SHOWN IN ADVERTISING

Videos, match footage, logos, graphics, or other imagery shown on NRL Dome products in promotional materials may be for illustrative purposes.

The physical product does not automatically include:

  • broadcast rights;

  • live sports access;

  • licensed footage;

  • streaming subscriptions;

  • downloadable video libraries; or

  • third-party media rights.

Only content expressly stated as included is supplied.

21. DEVICE COMPATIBILITY

Customers are responsible for reviewing compatibility requirements before purchasing.

Depending on the product, compatibility may vary with:

  • smartphones;

  • tablets;

  • computers;

  • streaming devices;

  • gaming consoles;

  • HDMI devices;

  • wireless standards;

  • operating systems; and

  • software versions.

A product is not automatically defective because a customer's unsupported device cannot connect to it.

22. SOFTWARE & APP COMPATIBILITY

Third-party operating systems, apps, platforms, or streaming services may change over time.

NRL Dome does not control:

  • third-party software updates;

  • operating-system changes;

  • discontinued apps;

  • streaming-platform restrictions;

  • digital-rights-management systems; or

  • third-party compatibility changes.

Where functionality depends on a third-party service, continued availability of that third-party service cannot be guaranteed by NRL Dome.

23. WI-FI & WIRELESS CONNECTIONS

Where products use Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, casting, or another wireless connection, performance may depend on:

  • network strength;

  • router compatibility;

  • network congestion;

  • interference;

  • device settings;

  • wireless standards; and

  • distance from the router or connected device.

Network-related performance problems do not automatically indicate a product defect.

24. INTERNET CONNECTION

Any internet-dependent features require a suitable internet connection.

NRL Dome does not provide internet service and is not responsible for problems caused by:

  • slow internet;

  • network outages;

  • router problems;

  • ISP restrictions;

  • weak Wi-Fi signals; or

  • customer network configuration.

25. LED LIGHTING

Certain NRL Dome products may contain integrated LED lighting.

Reasonable differences in:

  • brightness;

  • hue;

  • intensity;

  • color temperature; or

  • appearance

may occur between individual units, production batches, photographs, and room environments.

Normal LED variation is not automatically considered a defect.

26. ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS

Products may contain:

  • projectors;

  • LED lighting;

  • wiring;

  • power supplies;

  • controllers;

  • adapters;

  • transformers;

  • switches;

  • remote controls;

  • fans; or

  • related electronic components.

Customers must use electrical components according to supplied instructions.

Do not:

  • expose electrical equipment to liquids;

  • operate visibly damaged cables;

  • use incompatible adapters;

  • modify internal wiring;

  • overload electrical equipment;

  • block cooling vents;

  • disassemble powered components; or

  • continue operating equipment that appears unsafe.

27. POWER SUPPLY

Customers are responsible for operating products with a compatible electrical supply.

Use only:

  • supplied adapters;

  • approved replacement equipment; or

  • equipment meeting stated specifications.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NRL Dome is not responsible for damage caused solely by incompatible electrical equipment, unauthorized electrical modifications, or improper power use.

28. VENTILATION & HEAT

Projection equipment may produce heat during normal operation.

Customers must:

  • keep ventilation openings unobstructed;

  • maintain suitable clearance;

  • avoid enclosed spaces unless approved;

  • keep products away from excessive heat sources; and

  • follow supplied ventilation instructions.

Normal operating warmth does not automatically indicate a defect.

Damage caused by blocked ventilation or improper installation may not qualify for a free replacement.

29. OPERATING NOISE

Projection equipment may contain cooling fans or other moving components.

Some operating noise may therefore be normal.

A reasonable level of fan or cooling-system noise consistent with the product's design is not automatically considered a defect.

30. REMOTE CONTROLS & ACCESSORIES

Where remote controls, cables, adapters, mounts, or other accessories are included, this will be identified in the product description.

Background accessories shown in promotional imagery are not automatically included.

Replacement accessories may differ cosmetically while maintaining substantially equivalent functionality.

31. INSTALLATION & MOUNTING

Certain NRL Dome products may require:

  • wall mounting;

  • ceiling mounting;

  • stand placement;

  • bracket installation;

  • calibration;

  • electrical setup; or

  • other installation.

Customers are responsible for ensuring installation is performed safely and appropriately.

Where appropriate, professional installation is recommended.

32. MOUNTING RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for confirming:

  • wall or ceiling construction;

  • structural suitability;

  • appropriate anchors;

  • suitable mounting hardware;

  • product weight;

  • installation clearance; and

  • electrical accessibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NRL Dome is not responsible for damage caused solely by improper installation or unsuitable customer-selected hardware.

33. PRODUCT SAFETY

NRL Dome products should only be used for their intended purpose.

Do not:

  • expose electronics to water;

  • cover ventilation openings;

  • use visibly damaged power equipment;

  • install products insecurely;

  • modify structural components;

  • place equipment near unsafe heat sources; or

  • allow children to tamper with mounted electrical equipment.

Children should be appropriately supervised around electronic products.

34. SHIPPING POLICY

NRL Dome may use independent shipping carriers and logistics providers.

Processing, manufacturing, and delivery estimates displayed on our website are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by:

  • manufacturing times;

  • customization;

  • carrier delays;

  • severe weather;

  • holidays;

  • high order volume;

  • transportation disruptions;

  • remote locations;

  • incorrect addresses; and

  • circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Applicable legal rights relating to shipping delays remain unaffected.

35. U.S. SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS

Where NRL Dome states a specific shipment timeframe, we will maintain a reasonable basis for expecting shipment within that timeframe.

Where no shipment timeframe is clearly stated, applicable U.S. law may impose a shipment deadline.

If we are unable to ship within an applicable timeframe, we will provide any legally required:

  • delay notice;

  • revised shipment information;

  • opportunity to consent to the delay;

  • cancellation opportunity; or

  • refund.

Our final-sale policy does not override a legally required refund relating to an unshipped order.

36. DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Third-party carriers may experience delays after an order has been dispatched.

NRL Dome cannot guarantee the exact date on which a carrier will deliver an order unless a guaranteed service has expressly been offered.

37. SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.

Please review your:

  • full name;

  • street address;

  • apartment or unit number;

  • city;

  • state;

  • ZIP code;

  • telephone number; and

  • email address.

Contact us immediately if you notice an error.

Once an order has shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.

38. RETURNED-TO-SENDER ORDERS

If an order is returned because of:

  • an incorrect address;

  • incomplete address;

  • customer refusal;

  • repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts;

  • failure to collect the shipment; or

  • another customer-caused delivery issue,

the customer may be responsible for reasonable redelivery charges.

A returned package does not automatically create a right to a refund.

39. LOST SHIPMENTS

If your order appears to have been lost before delivery, contact NRL Dome.

We may initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Customers may be required to provide reasonable information or cooperation.

Where a shipment is confirmed lost before legally effective delivery, NRL Dome will provide the remedy required by applicable law.

40. PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED

If tracking indicates delivery but you cannot locate the shipment:

  1. check the delivery location;

  2. check alternate entrances;

  3. ask household members;

  4. check with neighbors;

  5. contact building management where applicable; and

  6. contact the carrier.

If the shipment remains missing, contact NRL Dome.

Responsibility following documented delivery depends on the circumstances and applicable law.

41. SHIPPING DAMAGE

Where reasonably possible, photograph visibly damaged packaging before disposing of it.

Please photograph:

  • every side of the carton;

  • shipping labels;

  • visible damage;

  • internal protective packaging; and

  • the product itself.

This documentation may be necessary when investigating a shipping claim.

42. SALES TAX

Applicable state and local sales taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout where legally required.

Tax amounts may depend on:

  • delivery destination;

  • state;

  • local jurisdiction;

  • product classification; and

  • applicable tax requirements.

43. PRICES & CURRENCY

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the U.S. version of NRL Dome are in United States dollars (USD).

Prices may change at any time.

A later price reduction does not automatically entitle a previous purchaser to:

  • a refund;

  • partial refund;

  • price adjustment;

  • reimbursement; or

  • store credit.

44. PRICING ERRORS

NRL Dome makes reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing.

Where permitted by applicable law, we may cancel an order affected by an obvious:

  • pricing error;

  • technical error;

  • promotional error; or

  • listing error.

If NRL Dome cancels a paid order for this reason, amounts paid for the canceled order will be refunded.

45. SALES, PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

Promotions may:

  • begin or end at specified times;

  • apply only to selected products;

  • exclude particular products;

  • require minimum purchases;

  • have limited availability; or

  • apply only to eligible customers.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • promotional pricing is not retroactive;

  • discount codes have no cash value;

  • expired codes cannot be used;

  • codes generally cannot be applied after purchase;

  • multiple codes generally cannot be combined; and

  • promotional abuse may result in order cancellation.

46. PRE-ORDERS

Products identified as PRE-ORDER may not be immediately available.

Any production, availability, or shipment dates shown for pre-orders are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

Delays may occur.

Where applicable law requires NRL Dome to obtain consent to a revised shipment date or permit cancellation following a delay, we will comply.

47. PAYMENT

Payment must be completed using a payment method offered during checkout.

By submitting payment, you represent that:

  • you are authorized to use the payment method;

  • your billing information is accurate; and

  • the transaction is legitimate.

Orders may be held, declined, or canceled if payment cannot be verified.

48. FRAUD PREVENTION

NRL Dome may use transaction-verification and fraud-prevention services.

We may request reasonable additional verification.

Orders may be held or canceled where we reasonably suspect:

  • stolen payment information;

  • unauthorized transactions;

  • identity theft;

  • payment fraud;

  • promotional abuse; or

  • other unlawful activity.

49. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers retain legitimate rights to dispute transactions through their bank or payment provider.

If you experience an issue with a purchase, we encourage you to contact NRL Dome first so we can investigate.

Where a payment dispute is submitted, NRL Dome may provide relevant evidence including:

  • order records;

  • checkout records;

  • transaction information;

  • product descriptions;

  • customer communications;

  • diagnostic information;

  • shipping records;

  • tracking information;

  • delivery confirmation; and

  • applicable Store Policies.

Knowingly false or fraudulent disputes may be contested.

50. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order does not guarantee final acceptance.

NRL Dome may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of:

  • product availability;

  • payment failure;

  • suspected fraud;

  • manufacturing problems;

  • obvious pricing errors;

  • shipping restrictions;

  • legal restrictions;

  • intellectual-property concerns; or

  • circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If NRL Dome cancels a paid order before fulfillment, amounts paid for the canceled portion will be refunded.

51. WARRANTY

Unless a separate written warranty is expressly provided with a product, NRL Dome does not provide an additional voluntary warranty beyond warranties and consumer rights imposed by applicable law.

Warranty coverage does not normally extend to damage caused by:

  • misuse;

  • accidents;

  • negligence;

  • incorrect installation;

  • unauthorized modification;

  • unsuitable electrical equipment;

  • blocked ventilation;

  • liquid damage;

  • improper storage;

  • normal wear and tear; or

  • failure to follow supplied instructions.

Mandatory warranty rights remain unaffected.

52. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NRL DOME WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE PURCHASE OR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS.

THIS PROVISION DOES NOT EXCLUDE OR LIMIT LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.

Certain states limit or prohibit particular liability exclusions, meaning some portions of this provision may not apply to every customer.

53. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Original intellectual property owned by NRL Dome, including original:

  • photography;

  • graphics;

  • website content;

  • written material;

  • original product imagery;

  • branding; and

  • proprietary original designs

may not be commercially copied or reproduced without permission.

Third-party intellectual property remains the property of its respective owners.

54. NRL, CLUB & THIRD-PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The National Rugby League, individual clubs, players, sponsors, broadcasters, manufacturers, stadium operators, and other third parties may own protected:

  • trademarks;

  • team names;

  • logos;

  • uniforms;

  • graphics;

  • photographs;

  • player likenesses;

  • event branding;

  • club marks; and

  • other intellectual property.

References to third parties do not themselves grant permission to use protected intellectual property.

Where authorization or licensing is legally required, appropriate authorization must be obtained.

Nothing in these Store Policies transfers ownership of third-party intellectual property.

55. THIRD-PARTY AFFILIATION

Unless a relationship is expressly and accurately disclosed, references to leagues, teams, players, sponsors, manufacturers, or other organizations should not be interpreted as representing:

  • sponsorship;

  • endorsement;

  • partnership;

  • approval; or

  • affiliation.

A non-affiliation statement does not itself grant permission to use protected third-party intellectual property where authorization is otherwise required.

56. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED CONTENT

If a customer provides NRL Dome with:

  • photographs;

  • logos;

  • artwork;

  • names;

  • graphics;

  • text;

  • numbers; or

  • other material

for a custom order, the customer represents that they possess any permissions legally necessary to authorize its use.

NRL Dome may refuse material where we reasonably believe its use could infringe intellectual-property rights or violate applicable law.

57. WEBSITE USE

Customers must not use the NRL Dome website to:

  • commit fraud;

  • attempt unauthorized access;

  • interfere with website security;

  • distribute malicious software;

  • scrape proprietary content for unauthorized commercial purposes;

  • impersonate another person;

  • make fraudulent purchases;

  • misuse promotions; or

  • engage in unlawful activity.

NRL Dome may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect its customers, business, or systems.

58. PRIVACY POLICY

NRL Dome may collect personal information reasonably necessary to operate the store and fulfill orders.

Information may include:

  • name;

  • shipping address;

  • billing address;

  • email address;

  • telephone number;

  • order history;

  • transaction information;

  • customer communications;

  • IP address;

  • browser information;

  • device information;

  • website activity;

  • cookies; and

  • marketing preferences.

59. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information may be used to:

  • process orders;

  • manufacture products;

  • customize products;

  • arrange shipping;

  • provide customer support;

  • process payments;

  • prevent fraud;

  • maintain website security;

  • comply with legal requirements;

  • improve products and services;

  • analyze website performance;

  • maintain business records; and

  • provide marketing where legally permitted.

60. SERVICE PROVIDERS

Personal information may be shared where reasonably necessary with:

  • payment processors;

  • e-commerce platforms;

  • manufacturers;

  • fulfillment providers;

  • shipping carriers;

  • website hosting providers;

  • analytics providers;

  • marketing providers;

  • customer-support providers;

  • fraud-prevention providers;

  • accountants;

  • attorneys; and

  • government authorities where legally required.

61. PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payment transactions may be processed by independent third-party payment providers.

Where card information is handled directly by those providers, NRL Dome may not receive or store your complete payment-card information.

62. U.S. STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS

Residents of certain U.S. states may have privacy rights where applicable law applies to NRL Dome.

Depending on the applicable law, these may include rights to:

  • access personal information;

  • obtain a copy of information;

  • correct inaccurate information;

  • request deletion;

  • opt out of certain sales or sharing;

  • opt out of certain targeted advertising;

  • limit certain sensitive-data uses; or

  • exercise other statutory privacy rights.

NRL Dome will honor applicable privacy rights where legally required.

63. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

To the extent California privacy laws apply to NRL Dome, eligible California residents may have rights relating to:

  • knowledge of personal information collected;

  • access;

  • deletion;

  • correction;

  • qualifying sales or sharing of personal information;

  • certain sensitive personal information; and

  • protection against unlawful discrimination for exercising applicable rights.

This section applies only to the extent required by applicable law.

64. COOKIES & TRACKING

Our website may use:

  • essential cookies;

  • shopping-cart cookies;

  • preference cookies;

  • security cookies;

  • analytics tools;

  • advertising technologies; and

  • similar tracking technologies.

Where legally required, appropriate consent or opt-out controls will be provided.

65. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

Customers may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe method included in those communications.

Unsubscribing from promotional marketing does not prevent necessary transactional communications regarding:

  • orders;

  • shipping;

  • payments;

  • security; or

  • customer support.

If SMS marketing is offered, promotional messages will be sent according to applicable law and customer consent.

66. DATA RETENTION & SECURITY

NRL Dome may retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for:

  • order fulfillment;

  • accounting;

  • tax records;

  • customer service;

  • fraud prevention;

  • disputes;

  • chargebacks;

  • warranties;

  • legal compliance; and

  • legitimate business records.

We use reasonable measures designed to protect personal information.

However, no website, electronic transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

67. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our store is intended for customers legally capable of completing purchases or persons shopping with appropriate parent or guardian involvement where required.

NRL Dome does not knowingly seek to collect children's personal information in violation of applicable law.

68. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NRL Dome is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including:

  • natural disasters;

  • severe weather;

  • flooding;

  • fire;

  • transportation disruption;

  • carrier failures;

  • supply shortages;

  • manufacturing disruption;

  • government action;

  • labor disputes;

  • power outages;

  • telecommunications failures;

  • war; or

  • civil unrest.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

69. GOVERNING LAW

These Store Policies are governed by applicable United States federal law and, to the extent legally permitted, the laws of:

State of [INSERT YOUR BUSINESS'S U.S. STATE]

without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
